Most kitchens in Pompano Beach will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Florida usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Hours are published for 2 days a week. On most of those days it is open 4 PM–12 AM. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. Big compliments to the entire staff at Fusion lounge. They hosted our wedding reception with such love and attention to details. They were able to host our 60 guests with ease and comfort. Let's not forget Chef Jorge. When I tell you Jorge hit our taste senses, he blew out everyone with with love and attention to details with style, presentation and skills. Thank you Chef ❤️🫡 This place has a full open bar, kids area, DJ on the spinning table live, private lounge VIP area, full security staff and the servers serving it up with class. Went on a Monday alone , left happy and with a community to come back to! Zu a Broward county local musician 🎷 had a networking creative event that happens on Mondays at 8pm and The vibes in here are so chill! Amazing music playing and India is amazing mixologist mango mojito were on point! Definitely coming back to try the food!! But by the looks on the people eating, the food looks delicious and plates were emptied, so that’s a good sign for me. Definitely making this my lil spot, what a great way to start the week! 💜🔥

Ive been at Fashion Lounge twice it's a stylish bar and restaurant with great food and drinks. The cocktails are creative and well balanced, and the menu features tasty, shareable plates at reasonable prices. The vibe is chic and lively, with old‑school music playing in the background that adds a fun, nostalgic feel. It’s a great spot for drinks, small bites, and a relaxed night out.

I’ve been to fusion lounge several times now and recently hosted a Galentines event here! My personal visits have been eventful and memorable. Fabian & the staff are on point and friendly, drinks are great and as for food…I love getting the vegan pasta when I’m there. The music is a vibe and the games by the bar are are fun to play. For the Galentines event we had them host and cater. The attendees complimented the quality of the food. To give you an idea — we ordered : trays of rice, veggies, spring rolls , salad, bottles of sparkling and liquor. Everything was delicious and the event was a hit! Highly recommend hosting your special day here or simply going to vibe.

Fusion Lounge is absolutely amazing! The vibe, the music, the energy—everything is always on point. The food is 🔥🔥🔥 (the Escoviche Snapper is a MUST) and the drinks are always perfectly made. Ask for the Phabian Martini (managers special)! We come regularly for karaoke night (Every Wednesday), and the staff (especially Joanne and Fabian) treats us so well every single time!!! Everyone is super welcoming, attentive, and genuinely happy to see us. The music stays right, and the DJ ( GP) is awesome!! Fusion Lounge is a place where good music, great food, strong drinks, and even better people come together. If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes, this is it. We’ll definitely keep coming back!
